tmv Even now that VI has been announced, IV is still the best game of the series. And it would be really great to have a 64bit-variant of Vanilla/Warlords/BTS, especially with the modding scene still very active.
fulano5321 I don't play it anymore because I don't have a DVD drive and don't want to mess with the CDs, but I'd love to get a digital version so I can play it again, including the two expansions. I'd love to see why it's not on here. I've already bought digital copies of many games I own on disk here. GOG rocks!
Drosa Civilization IV uses safedisk as a copy protection. Microsoft decided safedisk is a security problem for the Windows OS and disabled it on Win 7 and beyond.
So I'd love to see this game and all other safedisk protected games show up here.

Jadutch I just found out all my Civilizations (especially Civ IV) do not work on my Windows 8 laptop.
Until I was directed to this website, I though my gaming days were over.
