ObiKKa In September 2019, this blogger recently made a review and uploaded the custom installer of this game with a DOSBox version and nGlide wrapper (For the 3DFX mode) to run on modern systems. He has also included the manual for Screamer 2, which is not on the GOG web-store here. So be sure to add that one to that game's page for all owners.
So, there is now no excuse for the GOG admins not to add this game on their store anymore.

euge The game engine is very similar to Screamer 2. I have the German version (called Bleifuss Rally) running with the DosBox configs from Screamer 2. Glide works flawlessly.
@GOG: I can provide you a CD image for the German version, if you need it.
