Because incredibly stubborn publishers/developers being stupid and stubborn. I already own both Chantelise and Recettear on Steam, but would really like the GoG version.

Sin_Arcain Waiting for a GOG (re)release as well. It is available on other platforms, and thanks to summer sale, on a really good price but I would prefer to buy it from here. : /

jcoa I tried Tweeting at him about returning the game to GOG, but he didn't reply. It's been 2 years, I don't think he's that interested in returning Recettear to GOG anymore.

jcoa Carpe Fulgur just released The Midnight Sanctuary on Steam (of course it skipped GOG), so maybe now he can get to work on bringing these games back as well as add his newer games.
Fonzer it's been almost a year since removal. Good thing i have it along with chantelise on gog, but it really shouldn't be taking so long to bring it back for other users. Time to drop the twitter and work on it spacedrake. Unless you also want to surprise us with fortune summoners then i can forgive this long waiting.

StahnAileron I originally bought this via >Stardock< Impulse (i.e. before the sale to GameStop). At the time, I trusted the Impulse platform and GoG.com wasn't it is today. However, one thing did bug me about Impulse: its installation scheme. Ever since the Impulse sale to GameStop, I've become weary of platforms that don't give you a self-contained installer (like GoG or HumbleBundle). I'd like this game to be on GoG because: it's a cute and fun game (though grindy if you want to collect EVERYTHING); GoG stands for what I believe in when it comes to PC gaming. As such, I'm starting to consider re-purchasing my games on GoG...

NateJennings75 I've got it wishlisted on Gamersgate, where I have already purchased Chantelise. Chantelise and Recettear are both DRM-free on Gamersgate. Ys The Oath in Felghana is another goodie from EXSEED I'd like to see hit GOG. I have it via Steam...but...GOG has made me a big fan of DRM-free software. Chantelise plays great, with either keyboard & mouse or USB gamepad; its controls automatically mapped to my Logitech Dual Action. So Recettear should as well. Nonetheless, it'd be nice if EXSEED's line-up would come to GOG. They're DRM-free on Gamersgate, so GOG shouldn't be an issue for EXSEED.
