swingcity7 its getting worse and worse to game and collect. for instance, the PS3 store is the last place you could buy this and others really similar in value (without getting raped on ebay) and even that store will be dead in less than 2 months of writing this...

chrischill89 I assume GoG would have to buy another copy to give it to you. They can't just hand out free copies because you bought one of Steam. Plus, bandwidth costs.

hockeyhacker97 One of the first of very few JRPGs that I have played to full completion (a few times even). While I know going back to the game I probably won't enjoy it as much as I did back on the Dreamcast it would still be a game I would like to go back to but well setting up my Dreamcast is a pain since the only way I can connect it to my moniter is hooking it up to my composite to VGA converter, if my monitors even still have VGA on them which I am not sure if either of them do now. In either case even assuming one of my monitors has VGA going through a converter makes the already old graphics look even worse and with a tiny bit of lag.
I would definitely pick this game up to give it another go because even though it won't be as good compared to newer JRPGs that have fine tuned mechanics that where fairly rough back then, every once in a while you just want to play a game you used to love to see what about it made it a good game, and what hasn't aged as well over time. And since it was one of the few games I liked enough to finish (at all let alone multiple times) I would like to go back to it. It is rare for me to play more then half of a game before switching games, doesn't mean I don't like the games I play, just means I would rather experience as many different games and don't have time to finish any of them unless they are better then great. In general bad games I get about 10% through, good games 25-40%, great games 50-70%, and excellent games 90-99%, and almost never 100% unless it has both excellent mechanics and excellent story which is rare to have both.
eternalelysium My god I loved this game and would buy it in a heartbeat. This and Tales of Symphonia soaked up most of my childhood. :)
addictedtosleep I never finished this game, because my DC failed just before the last part of the game. I'd pay good money for a version that worked on modern PC. I realize it was released on PC, but an updated version is always nice!

yahtie Grandia II ia one of my all time favorites. I have lost one of the disks and would be delighted to buy this game from GOG.
The PC port is not buggy. I played it on Windows Vista before I lost the disk.

hockeyhacker97 I remember playing this game entirely through back on my Dreamcast, I then ended up trading it in after a second play through, wanted to play it again so bought the PS2 version which ended up being buggy and glitchy as hell making me wish I hadn't traded in my DC version, only found out today that it also got a PC port as well, though I know it will probably be more like the buggy PS2 version of the game and not the fantastic DC version I would still love to pick this game back up and play it again, if nothing else at least re get the soundtrack that came with the DC version because it was great music to listen to.
Kwequay I borrowed this off a mate years ago, I think I may have lost it. For 10 years he's been looking for it. I feel terrible. I would love to be able to gift it to him to replace the one I lost!
fireryone I played through it on PC with no memorable issues but probably had XP then.
Pica-Ludica An absolute gem of a game on Dreamcast, but the PC port requires ancient, dark rituals to work - I still haven't managed to play it on PC despite my best efforts. I would really love to have an actually working PC version, since my Dreamcast has been giving worrying signs of dying on me. ;_;
Please, pretty please GOG! There are so many of us wishing for more JRPGs in your catalogue, and Grandia II is one of the great ones! A true classic of the genre, a true Good Old Game, more than deserving a place here.
