Hi there!

I'm trying to make a scenario (open game) in Z+P Editor. Well. I used to do so with Pharao game of Impression (Sierra) with no trouble.

Now, in the Z+P Editor, I just can't save my changes. I mean I copy a scenario (folder copy / paste) and rename the docs and folder to have a scenario to edit, then I make some changes to the city map and world map (no colonies at all)... and I save all this (after a looooooooong work) and ... no changes to the scenario at all ! It is just the same scenario as it was before my editing.

Did I missed something? Is all my work saved somewhere I have no Idea?

Thanks for help! :)

I bet you installed the game in the default folder which is located in Program Files. Try reinstalling it somewhere else and I hope your problem will disappear. And as a general rule avoid installing GOG games in Program Files (installers v. 2.x doesn't even allow that) because there are many troubles because of that.

Thanks for this prompt answer !! :)
Well. I tried to move the game's place. No any change. What is really strange is :
- Open the game, go to editor, open the scenario, edit it, save
- Go to the game, try the scenario, no any change (same map as the ancient version of the scenario)
- Go back to the editor, open the scenario, the map is saved as I changed it !!!! So the scenario is saved somewhere, but whene I "call" it in the game, the ancient version of the scenario is launched... i just do not understand... oO

I have one concern about what you wrote right there (bold section). Because saving the adventure save it only for the editor so you can come back to it and edit it more. To be able to actually play your edited scenario you have to click "create adventure" from the file menu. Have you done it?
