hi, i just buyed this game, i install it without problem, but, when i try to execute it, it don´t load and give an windows error report

my OS is win 7 64 bits.

please, can someone help me??i read somewhere that the game needs installed the library of directx 9.0c. i install it, but the game still don´t load.
