I just bought the game during the sale and it seems to be crashng on start up, the config window pops up and says
failed: load vorbisfile.dll audioss_ogg.cpp(56)

I can't seem to find any record of this error on either steam or gog forums. Does anyone have any solution for what I need to do?

Sounds to me like your Windows installation doesn't support Ogg Vorbis decoding.

I personally have Combined Community Codec Pack installed, which seems to decode about any sound and video format.

But perhaps the Ogg Vorbis specific filters will work, as well.
