Xseed has just updated Oath in Felghana with english voices (there were none on pc before) and added Japanese voices to Memories of Celceta for all pc platforms.

At the time of this post, GoG updates are only available via Galaxy but offline installers should follow shortly, as usual.

Finally, Celceta is 25% off and Felghana 70% off until 26/2.

I'm sure Xseed will add JP audio to Felghana as soon as they secure the license for it ... eventually.

For Seven too ,one would hope.

Hopefully, but for now, we can swap audio, this is PC after all.

The offline installer for Oath in Felghana is up, but not the one for Memories of Celceta. It's been several days.

Are you sure? Offline installer seems up to date. version 1.0.0.15

Appears you're right. My game was only playing English voices and not the Japanese ones. Just a weird issue, plus the date of the linked tweet confused me.
