I'm trying to get the audio from in-game like ambient noises and some voice lines from the game but i can't seem to extract the audio. There are UAX files and HXC files and i also looked into XIIIEd and there is also no sounds tab. Does anyone have some knowledge about that kind of stuff?

XIII uses an in-house audio engine called "HarmonX" made by Ubisoft instead of the built-in one of Unreal Engine 2. The editing tools however were never included in the retail version.

You can extract the raw audio stream with a tool that is able to read this format:

Try the *.hsc files in PC.

Those are the files the ambient noises come from plus the soundtracks. It's strange because i found one file with a voice but it was sped up and german.

There are the voice lines in all 5 languages compiled together for each SP map's *.hsc unless the GOG version is different. Look again. Amos01.hsc is full of them.
For the high pitch you have to lower the sample rate (to 22050 I think) as it's not automatically recognized.

I opened the file and i can only hear an explosion that lasts 2 seconds and its done yet the file is 39 mb. Maybe i should try to reinstall the game or something

I don't suppose you could grab the in-game music while you're at it? I'd love to be able to listen to the actual game soundtrack rather than that DJ mix concept album stuff they released instead...

As a matter of fact, someone already did this long time ago:

Note that it's not a 100% identical version but a very close approximation to how it sounds in-game as the extractable raw files consist of a lot of individual fragments that were tediously spliced together.

Oh that is awesome- thankyou! If it includes the music from that one particular early trailer my life will be just about complete!
