Anyone know if there's a mod that will allow you to prevent the Anarchy's Children component of the Reinforcement Pack from functioning? I wanted Alien Hunters, but get tired of all the spikey bits.

I don't know if there's a mod to disable 'em, but (in Options) you can set the probability of them appearing to 0. After that, unless you make one, there won't be any in the game.

That's the theory, but I do that and still get shoulder spikes and the like galore with random soldiers.

Granted, I do too. The armor still cycles COA parts.

I usually just switch it, though. That plus the Uniforms mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/xcom2/mods/285/) is how I cope.

Not all COA addons are that bad, though. Their classic gas mask is okay, the WW1 "hun" helmet has a pig on it, and once you hit the Warden armors COA parts are the only way to go if you want a matte, non-shiny trooper (for a classic camo look, say).
