X4 is experiencing severe frame hitching/stuttering. It happens at regular intervals every second. I've adjusted settings and run as administrator. I'm currently getting around 200 FPS so the hitching doesn't seem to be frame rate related. It's like playing a slideshow. Wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. My card is an RTX 2060 super and I have 16 gb RAM.

Edit- I have since solved the issue. Disregard

Please share your solution as others may run into the same problem. Heavy stutter would make this completely unplayable.

Looking forward to try v6.20 where the game hopefully will be in decent shape.
