Oldbumgamer: During the early period of my game, I noticed one particular teladi NPC offering a major plot mission(blue bookmark) called treasure hunt on one of the pirate controlled stations. I have serious doubt of my ability of taking on the mission early in the game, so I passed it by.

Now I have some credits and combat-worthy ships, so I returned to the pirate station, and the NPC is gone.

So what do I do now? How to find him?
