I've only noticed the problem in the Options menu... in the upper left hand corner of the screen, small boxes appear that seem to mimic the drop down menus, just... smaller. Usually it's not a problem but if I go to create a team they expand and cover the actual menus so I can't see anything. Anybody have any idea what migth be causing this?

Right-click on the game executable, and disable full-screen optimizations in the Compatibility tab in its properties.
