* The mouse seems to plague the game still. Is playable, but not idea.
* I got all the character portrait messed up. They all shown as Human, male wizards.

1. Are you, by chance, in Software Mode under Graphics? I still use CD version, but this option always slows the mouse down. D3D speeds it up to normal.
2. Strange, very strange. In the Wizards and Warriors/Portraits and Roleicon folders, are they all the same image? If so, you'll probably need a quick re-install.

2. I'm talking about the 3D model on the right side bar.
