hi,
I really love the game but what annoys me is running into the same groups of enemies several times and the looong
combats. So, is there a mod that lowers the number of enemies you encounter or something else to make the fights go faster? thx

I dont think there is any mod which reduces the number of fights/enemies,
and if so it would be counterproductive to skill advancement,
you can put a max of 3 points into a skill up to a value of 75 without skill advancement,
reaching the max at lvl 26
while practicing skills allows to raise a skill from 0 to 100 without any lvl up.

But there are other ways to speed up combat, i mentioned some of them here

magic... fastest way to win a battle.
range attacks is in the middle and pure melee makes for a slow battle.
