I know that some people really wanted to get this with purchase on GOG. I was one of them back in 2013, but in the end I purchased it off Amazon. Today, after few years, I managed to find it accidentally. I am not sure if it breaks some rules or not, but since it is officially impossible to purchase it anymore, I hope it is OK to share download link with others: http://mocagh.org/sir-tech/wiz8-hintbook.pdf
