I found a sword of striking and gave it to my warrior but i cant find it in my inv but when i sell things it shows the weapon.

It's probably in your swag bag. In the inventory menu, hit "swag" which will open up your secondary inventory. Choosing "add" will take items from your main inventory and put them into the swag bag, while "remove" will do the reverse. You can only equip items that are in your main inventory, but you can use any usable item in either bag (in or out of combat) through the "use" command.

Each character has two inventories; the regular one and the swag bag. You'll need to transfer the sword from the swag bag to regular inventory to be able to equip it.
