does it have the alt + o option for invulnerability? also is the weapon, aircraft loadout the same? like choosing loadouts

No, you have to activate the Debug Mode and press another key combination.
Hold [Shift] and type dynomite while in flight to enable debug mode.

Once it is enabled you can use the following Debug Commands:
[Ctrl] + I => Toggle invincibility
[Ctrl] + C => Toggle collisions
[Ctrl] + K => Self-destruct
[Ctrl] + [F12] => Destroy targeted ship

Yes, you can still distribute power and as for your question about weapons, no, you can't choose your loadout, nor your wingman btw.

Here's the game's manual if you're interested in some details, e.g. on ships and their loadout.
