I'd also like to know this, since all of my other Wing Commander games run in OS X, it's a bit annoying to have to reboot to play Wing Commander IV.

I'm not sure if the patches to get the DVD version to run in windows will play nice with macs or wine or whatever GOG will used to get it to run on a mac.

The DVD is windows based, so it might be tricky. If GOG adds the dos version and makes that version available as an option then it will be much simpler to do I imagine.

I know this is a bit of a dead thread mining, but it's still valid. Come on GOG, make the whole WC series available on the Mac, please!

cd version, being dos, runs fine on the mac. Never been able to get the DVD codec to work on OSX in wine...
