Hi there, just a quick info:
You can have *perfect* quality for Wing Commander 3 when you configure DOSbox manually.
To do so, enter the Start Menu, go to "All Programs" > GOG.com > Wing Commander III and start DOXbox Configuration.
In Basic Settings pick as Graphic mode: OpenGL and in Advanced Settings select as Scaling Engine advinterp3x.
Voilà, perfect picture quality, no hassles.
