I have redownloaded Privateer and installed it for the first time as it finally has the Righteous Fire Add on. But after installing the game, I have no option for Righteous fire and only Privateer is available. Has anyone else had this issue? It appears I have no additional add on for the game. Any input would be halpeful.

Did you check the folder for the Rightous Fire exe?
Yes there is a RF file but it is not an exe file.

Well for me, a link to the RF shows up in the Startmenu Program files list under GOG directly.

It links to;

"C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\DOSBOX\DOSBox.exe" -conf "C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\dosboxPRIV.conf" -conf "C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\dosboxPRIV_RF.conf" -noconsole -c exit

I think RF uses the same exe (or is it a bat file?) as Privateer, with a -RF or -r marking or such, iirc.

Look for it in the Windows Start Menu. Gog.com -> Wing Commander Privateer -> Righteous Fire. Same thing goes for the addons in the WC 1+2 pack.

Sorry for the late response I have been sick the last part of this week. It is indeed there in the start menu. Thank you both for your assistance.
I know it's a year and a half later, but for those of you using Windows 8 you can start up Righteous Fire by:

1) copy everything from the parentheses to to exit: ----------------"C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\DOSBOX\DOSBox.exe" -conf "C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\dosboxPRIV.conf" -conf "C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander Privateer\dosboxPRIV_RF.conf" -noconsole -c exit

2) move your cursor to the lower left hand corner of your screen and press the right mouse button to open the dialog box

3) click run

4) paste the above script that you copied

5) click ok

it should start Righteous Fire....at least it did for me. I know this is an old post, but I love these games, and I have been banging my head against my computer for a week trying to figure it out.

Give it a try, and good luck!!
You could also run the Righteous Fire shortcut in the start menu/game folder in the latest version of the installer.
