James_Blood: there are only widescreen resolutions,
this can not be set in the game itself.
And the game (not understanding 4:3) starts at defaul minimum setting every single time.
i know you are not massive studio or annything but come on
800x600
1600x1200
should be ones that you allways have just incase a fan of CRT buys your game.
Krusbert: Sorry about that. I wish this was easy to fix, but there are core game engine reasons for these quirks. It would take us a number of months of dedicated work to do anything about it, which is time that could be spent on developing our next game. Apologies, but I'm afraid that you'll have to accept that things are a bit annoying in this way for the time being.
With that being said, if the game doesn't launch or is distorted/unplayable in some way no matter what options you set, let us know and we'll look into it!
This contact form is the quickest way to get assistance with that kind of help:

i do not wish to complicate your job and i did buy the game for mostly supporting devs in making amazing original games. i just err its showing half the screen(when fullscreen) so its awkward and cant be used to make video for my channel. Otherwise i should be able to play windowed as i normaly do in games.
Just completly out of curiosity - changing resolution dose entail presumingly more than just that ye? like you have to actually make sure the game screen dose show all the intended objects (or permits scrlling effect to allow for display of that)? or dose it really just swap resolution as it would normaly?
Just incase of next project is still in pahse you can do something i would request you allow at least resolution change in the game menu, it is very helpfull to have that in my (player) opinion.
have a good day/night/annythign in between .)
