DrYaboll: Yeah, but paying 15 euro for something that claims to upgrade your edition to Digital Deluxe, yet you only get the partial Deluxe package, something is truly not right there....

They are completely ignoring kickstarter backers, it's as if this DLC was aimed only at the buyers of the Classic edition...
At the moment I prefer to think they are ignoring us because they are working on a system to automatically update the KS edition to the Digital Deluxe edition for all who bought the upgrade rather than them doing it manually for what must be at least hundreds of eligible gamers.......still, an official statement wouldn't hurt.

I hope that this thing come to a happy ending. I like GOG and inxile pretty much, i don't think they gonna screw us with that kind of unfairness. But this silence is really making us pretty anxious.

Seeing as they did upgrade me to the full content after I bought the deluxe upgrade, I'm confident that GOG is not going to screw us. It does seem likely that after manually upgrading me and probably some other folks, they are working on a different system.

Also I'm sure that this isn't InXile screwing anyone, as it's GOG's system, and InXile has stated that do intend that people who purchase the upgrade to the deluxe edition to have all the content. Just be patient folks, if you haven't noticed yet GOG has a tendency to drag its feet. They're a small team after all.

You're right though, this absolute lack of communication is beyond stunning, and you'd think they'd have learned their lesson about keeping open communication with us. This is one of the worst examples yet of them being silent on something. How many people individually replied to Judas in the release thread asking this same question? Tons! And no response from the blues.
Some news guys? I received an email from GOG saying that they had an agreement with inXile about our issue and they (gog) will reply again in a few days with a solution. In other words, we need to wait another few days from another reply...

They are incredibly long in solving this issue, given the fact that inXile gave them permission to fix it for all.

I think it's far more complicated than just "giving GOG permission".....I'm pretty sure that someone, somewhere is paying for the lack of vision on this matter. If just now they came to an agreement then clearly there have been some drawn out and lengthy negotiations on this matter. I first started my PM exchange with inXile on this matter on the day of Wasteland 2's release....the same day inXile initially told me GOG would fix this issue(after a few exchanges in which they blamed GOG for the whole issue and telling me how, basically, inXile had nothing to do with any of it).

At any rate, I too received a response from GOG today telling me that they had reached an agreement and to expect another email.

While I am happy that this matter will be put to rest I must say I am somewhat disappointed by inXile's initial reaction in which they denied involvement in and responsibility for the game bundles and claiming that the three game editions and the upgrade were GOG made up products that inXile had nothing to do with. I really don't view that as a valid argument because all the digital bonuses were made by inXile and given to GOG by inXile and if they didn't ask or care about how GOG would use those items then that is definitely inXile's fault.

If everyone learned a thing or two from this whole mess and noboby got hurt, i think it's a win :)

I can agree with that although my respect for and trust in inXile has been hurt, mostly by the way they reacted to this matter rather than by the issue itself....let's hope they learned something positive from it and that TTON will be handled better.
Same here, but still no replies from support.

Actually, at least for me, I got a really good support on the matter from inXile. I have nothing bad to say about this.
What I criticize however is the fact that they decided for a third version of the game with no extra to give to the backers as an extra key. They even never stated clearly the the second key was not the deluxe edition (it's written in a post campaign FAQ that noone announced). Also they didn't thought beforhand of a way to allow player to upgrade that version. That's not a good job.
So, any news? GOG's seriously dropping the ball on this, big time.

Nothing here and I'm wondering the same thing....it's been a week and still nothing.

More than a week since the last notice from then. I contacted them again today. Brother none said in another thread that for the part of inxile everything was resolved. Now the ball is with gog.

This is what GOG said to me as well in the email they sent a week ago....that an agreement with inXile was finalized....but we're still waiting. I wonder if they're having trouble coming up with a system to fix this or what.

Guys, i got the good news. Firek from gog replied to me and said that the agreement with inxile was to offer for whom bought the upgrade from the standard to deluxe edition another upgrade as courtesy. This upgrade iin question gives the classic stuff that was missing. I already got mine and everything worked smoothly. I Hope that you guys that already bought the upgrade receive that new one as soon as possible, but dont forget to contact gog.
On a side note, I received the answer by doing another contact with gog (after one made more than a week ago), they answered this time in the same day.
