vulchor: So I did go ahead and buy the DDE upgrade from my Standard (Torment KS) edition, and I'm hoping beyond hope your intel is correct. Sure would be nice to have a blue confirm this, but so far on the main release thread the blues have been tight-lipped about answering this question, even though its been up a number of times.
By upgrading did you receive only the novellas, right? If so, thats my fear....
yes, that is all

Yes, some kind of reply from GOG would be nice.

vulchor:
You should also have received a code for Bard's Tale, check in your game shelf in small print at the bottom of the wasteland 2 opened box....copy that link and paste it in your browser.

Ah, yes, I did get the key for the Bard's Tale as well, thank you. Also, I sent a message to support about missing those items, so if I hear back from them before we all get a public confirmation about what's going on, I'll let you all know what they respond with.

I hope they reply or make an official statement or just simply add these things.

Mordon: Where do you see the option to purchase the digital deluxe upgrade? I don't see the upgrade option listed anywhere... (I'm also a Torment backer who got Wasteland 2, but haven't claimed any keys yet. If I can upgrade to the Deluxe edition with the artbook and audio, I might spend my reward points on something else instead...)
I saw some rewards for the wasteland 2 soundtrack on the Torment account page. Since Torment is doing an extended stretch goal for the maw in the bloom, I may up my pledge just a little to get the soundtrack.
Here's an update. Juri at GOG support got me properly registered with Classic Edition and the DE upgrade. I now have all the content.

I purchased the Deluxe Edition upgrade, and only got the books, no soundtrack, art, wallpaper, etc, so I contacted GOG support. I can't speak for GOG, but I can let you know that they did give me the missing content.

So they're just doing it on a case by case basis on request via PM? That sucks. For now I contacted them via through a support message so hopefully they fix this for me as well. Still I was hoping they'd have a better solution to this.

I guess that's all they're doing as of right now. Juri said that the only way you're supposed to be able to upgrade to the DE is if you have the Classic Edition, so since I DID upgrade, he gave me the classic edition stuff. Didn't have to fight or anything. The blues have still been completely silent on the whole thing. If I were you I'd just pay for the upgrade to DE and tell them that you are missing content, and I'm sure GOG will make it right. They have always been really good to deal with.

Upgrade to the DE? I assume you mean Digital Deluxe and I have paid for that Upgrade a long time ago.....that's what prompted me to talk to inXile in the first place. And I don't think that blocking KS edition owners from upgrading is going to earn either GOG or inXile any goodwill.

As far as I know they haven't blocked anybody. And yeah, DE is Deluxe Edition. So if you bought the deluxe edition, go ahead and email GOG support and let them know that you are missing content, and hopefully they add it to your account like they did for me.
