So i installed it but I can't find the new stuff. I couldn't choose the new weapons in customization nor can i find them in my inventory. I just finished the tutorial mission and wonder how to get them.

The offline backup for the DLC doesn't automatically put it in the game files. You have to open the setup file wherever it was downloaded in. However, GOG doesn't seem to recognize the main game backup files as "official" so it won't install the DLC. You're gonna have to wait until GOG sorts out this mess and fixes the installation on GOG Galaxy.

Preorder stuff is missing for me as well I am using Galaxy.

Edit: I tried used using the DLC offline installer and it fixed it.

you have to enable it ... it seems its disabled by default

in galaxy click on the button with the two sliders (the button next to play)

then manage instalation -> configure
inthere you can enable / disable dlcs
put a checkmark into survival gear dlc

for offline installer just download the offline dlc and install it after you installed the main game

the dlc is an extra download

I placed the order for this game last night around 9:30 PM CST, August 27th. The date of purchase on my receipt says 8/28. Is it possible since CDPR is in Poland that the system thinks I ordered after the pre-order date so I won't get the bonus?

I'm installing via Galaxy 2.0 right now but I don't even see any bonuses on my account on the main GOG webpage. I've tried clicking the double lines next to the install and don't see anything there either.

Maybe, try to look in your mail for your ticket, look the hour and contact GOG support, they will help you!!!

Yes, but apparently the offline installer doesn't work at the moment, inExile will release a patch this week so they will update the installer and that should fix the DLC.

Still doesn't work.
Even after fresh instal via galaxy. =(

Update.
Looks like DLC is worked only when runnig game through galaxy.
No stuff in offline mode. =(
