I read somewhere Skinner from Ag Center would have Snake Squeezins I have in my inventory. Because I'm such an XP whore, I'd like to take them to him, but after saving the Ag Center (himself included) I can't find him anywhere. There's Matt and Kathy in the lab, Sue and Lewis in west field, Ryan along some civilians in the infirmary...

I recall I found Skinner in the basement, then I had to escort him to the stairs, then I don't remember ever seeing him again.

Not sure about Skinner, but I did found some of the npc I saved in AG.
When you enter the AG Central building, go to the right to where Kathy and the former ranger (vendor in a wheel chair) are. At the end of that corridor you´ll find some of the saved npc. Skinner migh be 1 of them.
If it's sometime after you saved him, he might be back at his original spot.

He should be in a "kitchen": after entering main complex/building go left (when doors are behind you) and you'll find him near "corner coach" (relaxing area?)...

Ten-four! Found him right there. Unfortunately though, it seems my intel was wrong: when I got there, he was already drunk and wouldn't have any of my squeezins. Oh well.
