Loralou: I can get past the generator puzzle (all power lines blue), but when I get down the stairs, Morningstar doesn't talk to me through the computer and so I cannot proceed.

Is this a known issue and is there a way around it? Or have I missed something? I watched two walkthrough videos and I'm doing this the way it's supposed to be done.

I've reloaded and gone through the sequence twice and this happens both times.
