I recently got Wasteland 2 DC and wanted to try it out but when i got in the game twice it crashed and threw my laptop into restart.

So i decided to check out a solution and found something that forces the game to use directx9 and it seemed to have solved the problem for a time but as soon as i left my laptop and came back it had restarted again so i have no idea now...

My processor is an (AMD A10-7300 Radeon R6,10 Computer Cores 4C+6G 1.90 Ghz) if that help anything...

Also i use windows 10 and every time i crash it goes to a blue screen where it says "getting info please wait"
then it resets the laptop

Maybe your laptop is overheating?

Try switching your laptop to power saving mode and see what happens. If the game is still playable, see if it crashes as much.

Also, don't put your laptop on a soft surface (like beds or most furniture).

I got this fan tray right under my laptop so i don't think it's overheating?

I mean i play fortnite at the lowest possible graphics settings and it ain't crashing as wasteland 2 dc does

A blue screen on a Windows machine? This must be a new invention of some type. Sounds serious. :D

Sounds like the game is running, for a time, so I'd put my money on overheating too.
