When entering a new area or the overworld map the camera moves as though I am pressing on the A+S keys if i'm not touching the mouse or KB. I do not have any gamepads or other usb peripherals attached to my rig atm either.



tested on Manjaro KDE and Ubuntu Gnome 14.10

I experience the same bug on a Debian Sid amd64 (WL2 patch 4).
It would be a good idea to report this on the official WL2 forums:

If you can’t do it, tell me and I’ll report it there myself ;)

For now, the best work around seems to be turning off "Edge Scrolling" in the options menu under "Gameplay".
