It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I bought Wasteland 2 yesterday and downloaded all 4 parts of the Windows Installer (1 .exe. and 3 .bin files) plus the patches.

Whenever I try and install, it gives me a red message " Installer files missing. please make sure you have downloaded all the parts. You will be asked for their location during installation. Integrity check will be skipped." (screenshot attached)

I agree to the EULA, hit Install, and it asks me to "Please Select Setup 2.4.0.18-1.bin", which I do. It then tells me "Installation cannot proceed without the required file. Do you want to cancel?"

I have downloaded the files twice and tried installation on two different PC's. (Window 7 and Windows 8) Both have the recommended system requirements

Any suggestions?

Make sure you have all of the installer files and make sure they are all in the same directory :)
I guess if the files don't work, even when put next to eachother, they need to be moved to another directory and launched from there. Don't try and run them from the temp folder or other (possibly protected) windows directory.

Thanks for the response.i greatly appreciate it. I have all the files saved into a single folder. How would I run them from somewhere other than a temp forlder or windows directory? Any examples or instructions on this?

Simply cut and paste or copy and paste to somewhere else. Right-click on the files or select them and press CTRL+C for copy, or CTRL+X for cut (actually means 'move'), then go to some other directory (for example, C:\gog\ ) and click anywhere in it. Either right-click and select 'paste' or press CTRL+V.
