Hey, in Wasteland 3, wondering if it's just me or if other people are getting a bug where when they swap out one of their custom characters, they lose all their stats and default to 2 in assault rifle and -7 in attributes. I've had it repeat on any custom characters I swap out. Doesn't seem to be a way to resolve apart from early reloading and not swapping them out of your team.

Just me?

Nope, it's quite common I believe.

I had it happen to me, but I couldn't be bothered reloading so I just created a new character instead. Since any new character you create auto-levels to the rest of the team, you can make them pretty much identical far as I can tell. You can also make them look identical, and (possibly? haven't tried this) name them identically (though it wouldn't surprise me if naming them identically, if it even works, breaks something else).

Apparently this happens most often (or possibly always?) if you swap out one of your two starting characters at any point. Swapping out any other character (custom or otherwise) seems to work fine.

I'm not sure if it's possible to first "move" one of your starting characters to another position, and then swap them out at that point? If so that might be a way to get around this bug.
