I'm trying to get the Linux version of Wasteland 2 working. Though I've downloaded it twice I can't get the 11GB file to unpack in either the GUI or command line. Each program gives me an Unexpected End of File.

Does anyone have the md5 of gog_wasteland_2_1.5.0.9.tar.gz so that I can verify I've downloaded it correctly? Is anyone else having problems unpacking this game?
Oh I didn't even notice this version.. I'll check once it's downloaded.

Sounds like a corrupt (or partial) file indeed. If you use lgogdownloader or wget/curl to get the file, you can resume download, else you'll have to redownload it, I don't think browsers handle well partial downloads.

Here is my md5sum :

My third attempt had the correct md5sum, thank you for posting it. It is extracting now which is further then I've gotten along this now two day journey to play the game I backed.

wget is a great idea. If you do decide to use wget use wget -c which will enable partial downloads.
