ahatchwbciii: I was able to remove the cheat detection since I have the code and done it on my mod as well as 1.03B version.

How do you get this fix to work? It doesn't seem to be doing anything in my game. The game seems to install to 1.04 by default (rather than 1.00 and letting us choose the patch)

While this thread is supposed to be about WBC 2, the link provides a file for WBC 3.
