Hey anyone know how to make this work on windows 10. I click play and a small splash screen thing pops up.. then it disappears.... and that's it

I used to own this game but never got it to work on modern systems... Got my hopes up seeing this released but looks like the problem is still there?

UPDATE: it was an issue with my integrated video card, now it's working and it's amazing!

I know that's extraordinarily hard to do these days, but how about exhibiting a little patience for more people to have a go at the game. Until, you know, one or a few of them may come up with a solution or something.
GoG themselves are probably looking into the issue right now, too.

it wont run on an intergrated graphic card, switch it to your graphic card. mine was in navidia settings

EDIT (again): Game "works" (for me, ymmv). If you wait 5 or so minutes after launching the game it will actualy launch, if you wait out couple minutes of black screen post campaign in-game intro (cinematic is fine as ever), mission will start to load - it takes 5 to 10 minutes to load and it works aswell. It lags, the performance is low but you can play it.

I think in couple days it will be truly fine, but now - ít is barely working mess.

Could be just me and my specific setup (hw&sw mix) tho... (and I do hope it is the case, for GOG reputation)

Propably related to the integrated thing but I hope it can be fixed otherwise I will have to ask for a refund

From the reviews I'm counting at least two people who got it to run on their Win10 machines, so it's likely something very specific which prevents it from working correctly on others.

I'm still on Win7 and it's just smooth sailing here on my end, but if I were on Win10 and my particular configuration wouldn't run it as well I'd just give it a few more days.

There must be something wrong with the client itself as I can confirm this definitely works on Windows 10. Just fired up an original copy now and had no issues other than a few slight adjustments for widescreen.
