I was thinking about getting this game and I considered what the setting and gameplay could offer. Then I realised. It is an action run with you as a buff sci-fi warrior with big guns blasting demons in a future horror alien planet.
Well, it sounds familiar. How similar is this game to Doom?

If you want something similiar to Doom in WH40k universe --> Boltgun.

Space Marine is TPP, and it's more "consoley", somewhat like God of War. It doesn't have a PC-FPS feel to it.
