I've noticed some reviews and comments mentioning issues, are they game breaking? Or can you work around it? Have hotfixes helped?

Wouldnt mind getting this but only if its working ok, and possible to complete.

It can freeze if you alt tab out of it at the wrong moment. Besides that I haven't run into any issues, I think. There's the atrocious mouse aiming, though, and I would turn on the auto aim to even it out.
