....however I'ver heard the game is a buggy mess on modern machines. I know GOG, does a great job getting these older games to work on modern PC's, but has anyone had a chance to play the GOG version yet?

My systems not bleeding edge, but I'm running on win7 64-bit, if anyone has taken the plunge and cared to comment on how it runs on a similar system I'd appreciate it.

If you're worried you can rely on Gog's "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. 30 days coverage after purchase."
Bought it about an hour go - signed up to GoG specifically to play this and Final Liberation. However, Chaos Gate crashes to desktop for me as soon as I try and start the first mission so not best impressed to be honest. Waiting on a reply from Support. I'm running Win 7 64 bit too.

Damn, that's to bad, I was really wanting to buy this one. By all means let me know if they resolve the issue and your able to play the game, I'd be interested in hearing your impressions.

I didn't realize GoG did that, thanks for the heads up!
