Are you installing through GoG Galaxy, or through downloading and installing manually?
Here on the website, you get to your games list by "hovering" over your user name at the top of the page, and then when the drop-down menu appears, choosing "games." Find the game, and click on it's icon. A new page will open, where you can download the game with an offline installer, or get the "Galaxy" installer, and also get your "extras" (Manual, wallpapers, and community maps, in this case).
At the top, you should see the name of the program, the language you've chosen by default, and "More." Click on "more" and you get another drop-down menu.
On that menu you have a series of options. Not all are present for every game on GoG, but one of those will be "Serial Keys" for Warcraft 2.
This will show you your keys.
There's a similar, but not quite identical, process to follow if you're using GoG Galaxy.
In Galaxy, open your library, and find the game, and click on it. You can also open this from the list on the left of the user interface.
Again, you have a "MORE" option. But THERE, you won't find (in this case... at least not YET) your Serial Keys. They SHOULD show up there, but so far, GoG seems to have failed to get this worked out. (On other games I have with keys, you can find them there!)
So, the only place to get the serial keys is from your games list, here on the GoG website.
Unfortunately, it's a lot harder to get to your games list (and some people haven't figured out how yet, it seems) since the "profile" link no longer goes to your products list, but instead, if clicked upon, takes you to your "social media profile."
PERSONALLY, I don't give a @#$* about my "social media profile" and wish clicking on my user name simply took me to my user library, like it used to before they "facebook-ized" the website... but there you go.
As for the guy who made the "are you daft" comment, above... ignore him, he's obviously "daft" himself.
