After creating a character and starting a new game, the game shows the intro and then freezes.

I am using a Lenovo Ideapad 110

Windows 10 64-bit version 1703

i5-7200U CPU@2.5 GHz

8.00 GB RAM

i5-7200U CPU@2.5 GHz

8.00 GB RAM

Try Windows 8 Compatibility and check Firewall, fixed it for me.
