I follow this game on STEAM, too, although I bought it here.

On STEAM, you have the Beta of the IJN Campaign as well as the newer Patch 1.1.1.

Is there an ETA as to when we can expect the IJN to appear on gog.com?

Can't see it, yet. But this is common, I believe. I don't use the gog desktop application, I rather load those .exe directly. They tend to update them a bit later. If I can't see them by tonight, I will write something down here.
