i can play offline, but online, how i can create account, coz he said bad kay, and i cant login or register with my srial, help plz

Are you sure the problem is your key? I've read that password requirements are somewhat strict. Try a more complex password: both letters and numbers, at least one capital letter, etc.

You need to create a Haemimont account to play online. You can do this by selecting "Online" on the menu and following the prompt. You'll need your serial key:

GOG website > Account > Library > Victor Vran > More > Serial Keys

It should be 20-digits, listed in this format:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

If that isn't working for you, try contacting GOG support and asking them about it.

Mine is also 20 and get a invaid key after i try to create an account to play online maybe I'll just wait and get the steam version when it goes 66%-75% off lol I also can play it offline no problem. So my key does work cause gog galaxy installed it So I'm guess maybe a bug that needs to beed fixed as well. Also if we do try to play online do we make an entire new accoount or do we use our gog account?

Your serial key is for creating a Haemimont account via the game menu.

Galaxy installing the game means that the game was successfully added to your GOG account, which is not the same thing as a Haemimont account.

To play online, you need to sign in with your Haemimont account from the game menu.

Ok I got it when in your account for victor vran just click the game and a thing will pop up on the bottom just click the more button you will see a serial key and that is what you will need to make an account to play online :) toook me a bit to figure it out but I got it now :)! I hope this helps. Make sure you go to gog.com and get into your account it won't work from galaxy.
