Seems since the patch (but not totally positive it is related) I can no longer log into the server while in game.

I continue to get a Cannot connect to server. Code "no account"

Have tried resetting my password. Also tried creating a new account and it returned with an error
that an account already exists with my game key.

Not really sure what else to do. Anyone else seeing this error or have an idea for a solution?

I am totally positive it is related. First I thought that my account has expired (it has been several months since I ran the game last), so I spent a lot of time trying to register or reset password - neither did anything. After that I downgraded my VV installation to previous version, and "no account" is gone.

I have the same thing. Was playing happily on old version. Ran the gog updater and can no longer connect.

Guess I will try your suggestion Huan since I do not think it is related to GOG.


This has been solved. Rolling back to the previous version allowed me to connect online
without any issues.

We've released an update that should fix this issue now so you will no longer need to roll back :)

Confirming, with the new 2.06 I can connect fine. It's somewhat unfortunate that the previous version was called 2.06 too, at least the build number is different (but not visible in-game).

Thank you for putting out the fix. Just updated and it is working perfectly, no log in errors.
