Sometimes it works just fine, but sometimes when you alt+tab and return to the game, it freezes and refuses to work so I have to force-close it.

It's actually not a huge problem since I save often and can just turn the game back on, but if I can avoid this, it would be preferable.

Just started playing and having the same problem. Usually I could set a game to borderless instead of fullscreen and that would do the trick but that's not an option here.

And my 'flexible' shortcut bars just keep overwriting each other. I'm stuck with my hammer all over the place; hard to edit or reset.

The game can be placed in windowed mode in "settings-user.ini" located in the game's save folder setting Fullscreen to "false", and if want to use it in fullscreen the problem can be avoided by always closing the game instead of changing windows with Alt+Tab.
