As the title asks will Lockdown get a Linux Port like the first game did?
This was also my 1st thought ... but I am not sure that this is a sequel - maybe the engine is different?
If I have not overlooked something it is not marked as series ... strange.
As I bought the main game, I may be interested in this - if available for Linux.

Would be nice to get some info from the developers or GOG ... but information is sparse these days and contradictory statements concerning Linux on GOG pages easy to find ...
[https://www.gog.com/game/amnesia_rebirth was a laugh - but it may be soon corrected ... we will see;
currently no Linux under "Works on:" and support for "64-bit Major Linux distribution from 2018" ...
just wonder what support may say when asked for help ...]
At least we can hope for improvements. ;)

Hey, wolfsite!

Yes, both Mac & Linux ports are our top priority in the coming days / weeks. I can't say when, as that depends on too many factors, but it will happen.

Thank you for responding, I'll be sure to pick it up when the Linux port becomes available.
Keep fighting, guys! Penguins await ;)

Thanks for porting V and even greater thanks for keeping this multi-system-support policy for the VL! I also note and appreciate your efforts to help users with technical issues and to provide up-to-date builds for all platforms.

Also – thans for the reasonable pricing!

Thank you very much for your support, guys! :)
Seems like the port is on Steam and DRM-free on Humble, just not on GOG.
Will it arrive?
Would like to know too...I bought the game here because you said Linux was a thing here.
I am also very interested and already have the first part.

In the past I was disappointed by Wasteland 3 (I preordered it and just on release day the penguin symbol vanished; it should still come but not before end of year, they said) and then Desperados III (they do no not want to release the Linux version here on GOG; gladly I did non buy it already).

But in this case since the developer answered here directly I am confident that it will happen. I will buy it as soon as the Linux version is published. Thank you very much for your commitment to Linux.
It's been 14 days since the Steam version of this game got a Linux version. Yet, there is no Linux version on GOG.

I've requested a refund on GOG and will be purchasing on Steam.

We're very sorry, guys! We had everything ready to publish both Mac & Linux versions weeks ago, but we weren't able to get in touch with GOG for some time, so it got delayed. Nevertheless, we finally got both Linux and Mac versions up, so they are now available!

Enjoy! :)

Thank you for supplying a Linux version.
And bought. ;-)
From a first quick view it runs great on my new GPD WIN Max with Intel Iris Plus graphics under Debian testing (Bullseye).
A late thanks from me, too!
