I feel like I'm missing something really simple here, but I can't find anything about how to actually pull boxes around. I've seen on videos where the "push" arrow turns pointed down for pulling, but I can't for the life of me make that happen. Please take pity on an old gamer and tell me what I'm missing.

It's been a while since I played this game, but if memory serves me correctly, and I'm not sure it does (being an older gamer as well) when you find a crate that the curser points down you can pull that crate. It looks like the curser that you see to push. Let me know if that helps.

I got back into the game and I can conform that you can pull boxes. But they have to have a metal handle across the middle. If it does you can push, with the curser pointing up, and pull it with the curser pointing down with it on the strap.
