Hi, first of all, best wishes for all fans on the 14th anniversary of V:TM-B release :) Game has great story, dialogues, characters design and some quests, but mechanics of the game are not so good - thus I came to you with questions.

I downloaded only first of the three 3 files which we get after purchasing the game, what the other too (V:tm-b part 2 and update (?) for patch) are doing?

In the "options" window in game menu there is written "unofficial patch 10.0"


1.I know that there are different versions of patch - basic, plus basic and I think others too. What's the difference?
2.I dont have bloodheal discipline in game (nor in hotkey menu, nor when changing disciplines with scroll wheel)
3.I had read somewhere on the internet, that male Toreador can use use subterfuge less often than the female counterpart, is this true?
4.Does Presence discipline give you some additional dialogue lines, like Domination? I have never seen something like these, but people on internet are saying something like that. Perhaps I need certain level of Presence to do this?
5.On many videos and screenshots I have seen that dialogue lines that you gain due to the subterfuge skill are written in italics and pink color. Sometimes I have dialogue options in pink, but never in italics. What's the deal?
6.A lot of people are saying that game is pretty different for all clans, you have additional stuff etc. But Toreadors sux in this right? I mean, right now in game I am in Chinatown, and I think only Gary and Hollywood baron noticed my vampiric "race".

I will also tell you about some bugs that I encountered during game, so that maybe you will find out which version of game/patch I have.

Tutorial:

-once I was not able to get into the building from which you are observing sheriff killing off Sabbat members, very begging of the game

-during the cinematic I described above, the window through which one you can see your character (when sheriff is looking there) is not transparent, just normal texture

-I could not kill the Sabbat member in stealth mode, when I was supposed too

-I haven't meet the guy, who was added to try out different dialogue options (subterfuge, persuasion etc.)

Chinatown:

-when entering Golden Temple, framerate is dropping and strange line made of shorter lines appear on screen, running/moving from left to right. Also, I am not able to do anything in game menu and character sheet. Furthermore, character sheet and quest log are over coming one another. And when trying to speak with Ming Xiao (kue-jin leader) game crashes after few lines. [resolution change helps]


BTW, is there any way or program to avoid that the canals before Nosferatu spot?
