No, I have no mods at all. All that I have is unofficial patch 9.8 (+) and that's it. It seems that this thing only affects fortitude, since every other discipline works just fine. I was testing it on both Gangrel and Ventrue chars, with or without stamina. I have a theory that it is not the problem with Fortitude, but with Soak overall, since Stamina also doesn't work in my game.
What is the deal with the cut-off arm (from Stanley Gimble, or from after using Cauldron of Blood)? In previous + patch versions, it would cause some various small glitches, like weapons order falling into disarray, fists icon moving downwards, etc. Sometimes, it would even vanish!

Now in current version, it seems to be okay, but it can still vanish, just like that! How can i keep it permanently?

I've never heard that before and I don't think I ever touched the severed arm in recent versions. Where exactly does it vanish? I think I added an option to give it to Pisha as a snack if you want to get rid of it :)!.

Hm, maybe you are testing against the wrong enemies? Stamina Soak only works for bashing damage and this does not include bullets as these deal lethal damage. Looking at the Soak descriptions it seems to me that it is wrong and maybe "bullets" should be removed from there?

So they do lethal and not bashing damage? Interesting. This makes stamina even more useless than I thought... Well, in that case it would probably be better to remove them, yes. Still, I have no idea what to do with all this Fortitude problem.

Hmmm yes, i remember getting 10$ from her (even though i didn't know why, until you posted me that)... But later, after using Cauldron and getting a new one (in older patches), it could still cause those minor glitches mentioned above, plus it could disappear again. I will try this one too when i open Cauldron, in 9.8.

Sorry, yes, that one! In earlier + patches, the newly acquired arm through using that discipline, used to vanish for me. Now i just opened that discipline again in current version, so i will try getting a hand, in order to test and see whether it is going to vanish for me again, or not.

The really weird thing is that it works for me as my screenshot showed. If the above change is involved you need to check your stats.txt file. It needs to have the same 11.07.2017 date as the traiteffects000.txt file!

Issues i noticed (Tremere playthrough):

Blood Boil no longer produces limb-weapons.

Blood Shield messed up effect near endgame (late Chinatown to end)... Color remains even after F8 without the effect (in third view).

At endgame missions (leopold onwards), discipline cursor disappeared entirely and disciplines work like they should in the normal patch (while plus is active).

Thaumaturgy disciplines cast in masquerade areas among crowds, no longer break the Masquerade, while they should.

Sometimes criminal violation is "delayed". Normally, it should appear after first kill. Sometimes i killed 3-5 people before it got displayed.

You need to compare the activce_fortitude numbers with the levels in the traiteffects file. Like they should have seperate levels called fortitude1-5 and not just be increased with each level, like >0...

It did? I certainly never changed anything there.

If these bugs only ever happened during the endgame I can only assume that long playing sessions messed the game up, which is quite usual and most prominent with the infamous Skyeline Appartment bug. Or you somehow switched midgame between plus and basic if you really got basic disciplines using the plus patch...
