Hi,

The NPCs stopped moving around in most areas, they just stand still in the streets and basically do nothing. Even if i make a new character this issue persists. It is game breaking, anyone else experienced this issue and knows how to fix this?


EDIT: verify/repair solved the issue

I'm not but others will follow. It does appear, however, that the poster before you has the same issue. What patch are you using (none, basic, plus)?
