hey all

I know it's been covered before and solved but not for me :( I've tried all the different fixes for the console but I'm struggling still I am running a laptop with windows vista home premium 32bit and everything I've tried including the AoR mod to get -console to work but nothing :(

just wondering if anyone had any left field ideas on getting it to work?I've tried uninstalling keyboards and hell I even plugged in a wireless usb keyboard and mouse and tried it, but that didn thelp. I'm really stuck. love the game to bits having recently gotten it again and remember having the console work when I owned the cds.

curious when you first wake up in the convent fight the ghouls and then go into the mines, I Cant remember if the -console command worked then or not. did it? or did I have to become a vampire first for it to work? I dont remember using it at the start there but I could be wrong.

Anyone got any ideas? cheers!

I'm thinking your command perimeters are set correctly and console enabled in the AoR config app would do that for you anyway, so we can rule out that problem. I remember when I was stuck with Vista for a short time, I had to press ~ repeatedly to make the console come up. Make sure the game is running as administrator as well.
