Do I need any mods or addons to play Bloodlines without bugs? I saw that Redemption works fine, but I haven't seen anything about the final state of Bloodlines.

Bloodlines comes prepatched with the basic version of the unofficial patch. It's not the most recent one, but since the possibly game breaking bugs have been fixed years ago you're good to play as is.
For a second playthrough you will probably consider installing the plus version of the patch or one of the mods.
